HOW THE HUGGABLE MONKEY FUNDRAISER WORKS

For a $10.00 donation a Huggable Monkey will be delivered to a child at the Jimmy Fund Clinic, Boston Children’s Hospital or Hasbro Children’s Hospital. When you purchase a monkey for a sick child you will receive a Christmas card that states:

“A Huggable Monkey has been delivered in your name to a child struggling with a life threatening illness. You have given a brave child something to smile about this Holiday Season. Merry Christmas. For five years now, many of my friends have been giving these cards to each other as Christmas presents. Others put them in their children’s stockings to remind them to “give back”. It is a wonderful feeling to know that your Christmas present helps to make someone who really deserves a reason to smile have that little moment of joy. A nurse from Boston Children’s Hospital contacted us last year after our first run to the hospital. She told us how touching it was to walk through the ward and see the huggable monkeys hanging from all the children’s iv poles.”
